Privacy policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy explains what information Base 786 ("we", "us"), available at base786.com, collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: fluxmail786@gmail.com.

What Base 786 does

Base 786 lets you upload videos to your own YouTube channel and schedule when they are published. To do that, you connect your YouTube channel by signing in with Google and granting the permissions described below.

Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and a password, which we store only as a salted hash.
  • Google and YouTube data, received only after you connect a channel:
    • OAuth access and refresh tokens that let Base 786 act on the permissions you granted;
    • your channel's ID, title, handle and profile picture URL;
    • the YouTube video IDs and links of videos uploaded through Base 786.
  • Content you provide: video files, thumbnails, and the titles, descriptions, tags, categories, visibility and schedule times you enter.
  • API keys you create for connecting AI assistants; we store only a hash of each key.
  • Cookies: one essential session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived cookie that protects the Google sign-in step. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Google permissions we request

  • Manage your YouTube videos (youtube.upload): to upload the videos you choose, with the details you enter, and to set their thumbnails.
  • View your YouTube account (youtube.readonly): to identify which channel you connected and show its name and picture in Base 786, and, when you or an AI assistant you connected asks, to read your channel's statistics and your uploaded videos' details and statistics (views, likes, comments). These statistics are read live and passed to you or your assistant; they are not stored.

We do not read your other YouTube data, your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data, and we never upload, change or delete anything you did not ask Base 786 to upload.

How we use information

We use your information only to provide the features you use: signing you in, uploading and scheduling your videos, showing their status, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use Google user data to train AI or machine-learning models. People do not read your Google data except when you ask us to for support, when needed for security, or when required by law.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Base 786's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube API Services

Base 786 uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Sharing

  • Google / YouTube: we send your videos and their details to YouTube to publish them, as you request.
  • Hostinger: our hosting provider, which stores the service's data on its servers on our behalf.
  • Legal: we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

We do not share your information with anyone else.

Storage and security

Data is sent over HTTPS. Google tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), passwords and API keys are stored only as hashes, and access to the server is restricted. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Retention and deletion

  • Video and thumbnail files are kept only until YouTube has received them, then deleted from our server. Files for drafts and failed uploads are deleted when you delete the post.
  • Channel details (ID, title, handle, picture) are refreshed from YouTube every day. If Google reports that your permission was revoked or has expired, we delete that channel's tokens and details at the next daily check.
  • Disconnecting a channel on the Channels page revokes Base 786's access with Google and deletes the stored tokens immediately. You can also remove access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • To delete your account and all associated data, email fluxmail786@gmail.com from your account email. We will delete it within 30 days.
  • Videos already published on YouTube stay on YouTube; manage or delete them in YouTube Studio.

Children

Base 786 is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
