These terms govern your use of Base 786 at base786.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Base 786 helps you upload and schedule videos on YouTube channels you own or manage. It uses YouTube API Services; by connecting a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Your account and content

• Keep your password and API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only connect channels you are authorized to manage, and only upload content you have the rights to publish.
• You keep all rights to your content. You let us process it only as needed to deliver it to YouTube for you.
• Do not use Base 786 to upload content that breaks the law or YouTube's policies, or to abuse, overload or interfere with the service.

Availability

We work to keep Base 786 running, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties. Uploads depend on YouTube and Google, including their quotas, reviews and outages, which are outside our control. We are not liable for missed or delayed publications or for indirect losses, to the extent the law allows.

Ending use

You can stop using Base 786 at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
